from what the article tells us, it appears she only suffers from depression, but I fail to see how depression alone can lead to such a disturbing gesture.. |

That's some disturbing behaviour. The poor kid. I mean, how do you go about cutting someone's arms off? That's not an easy job, even if it is only a child's arms. Did she not think to herself "what the hell am I doing??".
