It was a pioneer for the "upscale yorkville style but not actually in yorkville" gino clubs. |

I went to Berlin once.
I had a 26er within 45 mins of going in, and smoked a dube on the walk from the parking lot to the line. This is what I remember:
Trying to hold onto a girl's hips, but I was too drunk to hold on.
Having a couple shots of vodka bought for me at the bar, I don't know from who.
Finding a bottle of water in my left hand.
An open door. I'm pretty sure it was a car door, all I know is that there was pavement below it.
From what I was told the next day, it was a pretty pathetic place, a place to go for 'people watchers' rather than party goers. |

Ya i know, I was being sarcastic. Actually, this is where I saw my first live dj (if thats what you want to call it) Darude was there and put on Sandstorm for Danny D and mixed it out for him. Twas a good night, I got a free cd and he signed it and we had a drink at the bar. His english wasnt too good, but it was ok :)
Other than that. I hadn't been there.
(more than twice in one week anyways) |

well now i go to menage almost every wednedsday so that makes up for it :D
clubs i hate?
well as long as im nice and tanked any club is nice.. i dont like sharky's its pretty sketchy.. and ive been to the zone before.. i ont like it either.. even if im sketchy.. i prefer to stay at home.. and sketch out by myself.. i dont need to be submerged in sketchyness lol |

I'd have to say CoZo... i tried it out once, and even not being sober the place freaked me out. I ended up having a mild panic attack (couldn't breathe, felt like i was gonna pass out) and we left pretty much 20 mins after getting there. That plus those UV lights... Normal eyes under black lights are already scary, but sketchy eyes... :nervous: :nervous: *shudders*
Only other club i don't like much is Viva, mainly because of the crowd. It's just weird going to the bathroom there and finding out i'm the only person who speaks, or is willing to speak, english :( |

The docks in the summer is AMAZING.
