I figured some people here produce music using a PC, and fast RAM can qualify as production equipment in that sense...
2x256MB LL (low latency) = 512MB LL
PC3200 - 400MHz
paired for Dual-Channel DDR
v1.2 (Winbond CH-5)
platinum-coloured heat-spreaders
gold, not tin, contacts
should be able to run 2-2-2-6 timings on a quality mobo when given enough voltage (~3V)
never been OCed or pushed to the limit before, so they're pretty much like new
I've been running these sticks at 2-3-2-6 for over a year now with absolutely zero problems. Benched in SiSoft with ~4.8GB/s throughput (this is system & motherboard dependent, but just to give you an idea of the bandwidth you can get with these babies).
