Floyds is located inside of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. They are open until 6am. The land is governed by the Seminole Indian Tribe so they don't have to follow the laws of the city or county. Yes that means you can drink alcohol until 6am. They would stay open later, but as it was explained to me all casinos must stop serving alcohol for three hours during a 24 hour period. People also wander outside to the patio/pool and hang out there.
