do you know how big of a douchebag i would feel like if I had my 12 year old cousin ask a waitress for her number, knowing well that she tied little balloons around my chair for my bday??? especially at a red robin??? I dunno, just seems a little goofy.

Well i gotta hand it to this guy though. He posts about having his 12 year old cousin asking for a girls phone number, then he calls the girl asks if smokes pot, and is willing to dump his current girlfriend for her.

All that but no matter all the we've posted in this thread about it, he didnt get mad or flame anyone.

wow. :eyes:

So im at Red Robin with my family having dinner for my bday. When i walk in i notice the lady who seats people is rather good looking and around my age, maybe a couple years older. So we get seated and keep looking around for her cause she was way hot. So i keep seeing her walk by and stuff and we kept meeting eye to eye a few times. So my uncle gets her to come over and tie some balloons around my chair, and she asks what school i go to. I tell her and she says she goes to, or lives in the neighboring town next to mine. Right on. So then my little cousin, like 12 or somethin, decides to go ask her for her number for me. He finds her and askes for it and she says "is it for the bday boy?" so she knows whos its going to. So then i get her name and number and im like right on. Then she came back over to the table and talked to my uncle but she wouldnt look at me at all. I dont know if that means anything or not but i thought it was weird.

So i kinda got a confidence issue with girls, and i dont know if i should call her or not. My dads like, hell yea, do it. What do you guys think i should do?

She was nervous dood. She's probably just as scared of talking to you, as you are to her. She wouldn't have given out her number if she didnt' want you to call!
Here's what you do: Pre-plan a phone call to her (so that you don't trip over your own words). When you get your wording down, call her and see how she's doing (do you remember me? what school do you go to again? How's that treating ya? My school is better than yours Etc.) . Then see what she's up to on saturday night.

Try and sound sure of yourself, but not over confident. That way she won't think you are a loser desperate for a date, and she won't think your a douchebag trying to add another notch under his belt.

Just invite her over for a crack party.

WWTD?

Better yet, get one of those Mad-Lib books, have your 12-year old cousin fill one out AND call the girl..

then when the phone is ringing, hand the phone and the Mad-Libs to you and you have to read verbatim what he filled out.
