seeking knowledge on the vastly growing local DJ talent

Mercure and I would greatly appreciate your opinions :D
We've been attending both headliner and local events for a little over a year, and have witnessed some amazing local talent. We'd really like to hold off on seeing headliners for a while and discover more of what these toronto residents have to offer. We've been perusing the upcoming events and roll call listings, and because there are so many, and we're not completely familiar with all the venues and djs from all the differing genres, we're having trouble with where to begin. We'd love to know about the local DJs from the varying genres listed below, that have made an impression on you.
Techno
House
Progressive house
Trance
Drum'n'bass
Breaks
They can be just starting out or been doing it for a while, doesn't really matter.
PS. We are already aware of some greatly talented local DJs like Shryer, Mossey, Matt Vagrant, deep groove, John Tremblay, Deko-ze, Matt Coleridge, Mark Oliver. |
