yeah the non-stick isn't all that non-stick
keeping it clean is a bitch too
still prefer it over shallow frying, its much worse
in the GF i can forget about something and cook it for far too long and its still edible, which is nice
plus it cooks quickly |

yeh it has the advantage of the none spin factor, but a grill pan with a lid does the same :D |
