yup, one of the best nights there - Nov 4, 2002, I believe
one of the highlights was when he played Autumn Tactics, and all the lights shone on the disco ball

Also:
When Armin played on a Wednesday night - Oct 1, 2003

My first time there as Arc (though I had been there many times before, when it was Vinyl), in July 2002, with Victor Calderone and Lucien Foort playing, just hours after a blackout in downtown Manhattan occurred (due to a transformer fire), and no one was sure whether the party was going to happen.

My second time, when Sasha (with James Zabiela - first time in NYC, I believe) played on Wednesday night, in Aug 2002

Staying til almost 1:30 pm to close out the Be Yourself 5 year anniversary, following TFST and Judge Jules @ Avalon (and meeting with an old friend there), Jan 2004

Marco V, DJ Remy, Vic, lasers, and appearances by Ferry and Kid Vicious (who had spun at Roxy the night before), Dec 2002
Then a few days after that, New Years Eve, with more lasers
And then a few days later, with lasers and Vic again, and J00F's NYC debut
And then Love From NYC (the short-lived Sunday party) the very next day

J00F and Gabriel & Dresden, followed by afterhours at Vic's til 7 pm, June 2003

J00F and Howells closing parties, March 2004

First time I ever saw Howells was at ARC for his Feb show.....AWESOME....some how I hurt my knee dancing but don't care.

Also best night...as sad as it was the closing of ARC is where I finally talked to my now current BF for the first time, it would have been nice if the 2 of us could have partied down together at ARC just once while as BF/GF, but if I have him then that's all that counts :gsmile:
verndogs
howells' last performance at arc on March 27 this year had to be one of the best nights of my clubbing life.

if I wasn't so sick at that time, I definitely would have been at AvB when he played on a Wed night

DEFINITELY Nu-NRG nite ..that was def siiick and personally it holds great significance for meeh...

11/4/02 omggg how can neone forget THAT nite...a last minute event at arc for $10 for the true pvd fan...and i *totally* rememeber the lights on the disco ball, having the melodic notes flow through the air, and getting the warmest hug underneath the ball..that was puuure heaven. i will *never* forget that...My 2nd trance event -=] pvd was f0ckin magic...

I agree witht everything you said. But id this Engrish????

ARC closing party. I have never danced harder and longer ever in my life. I danced 32hrs straight that weekend. Wow DT ripped everything apart. His set was soooo good he had me crying while I was dancing my heart out.

I get emotional everytime I think of all the memories from that place, and all the friends I have today because of that place. 75% of my friends and peeps i hang with I know from ARC. I miss ARC.

2 straight weekends of arc, 2 nights of amazing times... wow. :eyes: I remember those nights like they were yesterday.

j00f: I remember being with some guy and Steven runs up to me yelling, "ALISA HE'S PLAYING VOODOO PEOPLE!!! PUKKA MATE!!!" And then all of us went crazy... that was the first night I met many TA's as well. :D

Howells: I remember the impressions of the tracks that he played in the middle of the night, being with lots of friends, jumpin like an idiot and having the best clubbing night ever...

I think Arc was the only club I could have fun in sober... sad huh...
