Any one see ATB in SF let us know how great is he? We love to bring him to LA, The Legend of Trance
tjpatel
when did he become legend:rolleyes:

I wasn't there, but everyone said it was an awesome show - and these people I know are tough, tough critics.

They said the place was more packed than when PvD plays there, and I don't know of any trance DJ that can pack a club in SF more than PvD can, so that's saying something.

I really wish I could have been there (I have always heard he is amazing live), but was down in LA on family business.

I know I say this a lot of people will bitch but it's true. When "9pm" or "I don't wanna stop" is Big long long time ago, and I bet buy that time not a lot of people know about Tiesto or PVD yet. And now he still big #13 on DJ mag, #5 American favories dj.

Thanks for your info, I heard his manager say both place in SF and Chicago have more than 2000 people. WOooo.. I don't know about LA. But I love to bring this guy for long time.
Sorry I forgot, he played in SF on Friday or Saturday

I'm from Chicago, but I saw him in San Francisco Friday night while visiting for Thanksgiving. It was definitely packed and it seemed like most everyone had a really good time, so I think you'd really like seeing him. Personally I'm not the biggest ATB fan and Christopher Lawrence was more of my scene this weekend as far as my musical tastes, but I can say that ATB does his best to try to entertain the whole time he's up there. He had a microphone and there was a lot of crowd interaction, along with some scratching and he even spun with someone's pet parrot on his arm for a bit. I don't know what he played here in Chicago, but I noticed he had a few Gabriel & Dresden tracks, like Andain - Beautiful Things and their remix of Mindcircus in S.F., so I think he even makes an effort to add a local flavor to his sets. Though I'm not a huge ATB fan, I can say I had a good time and I really respect the way he interacts with everyone and seems to really enjoy performing during his set. If you're a big ATB fan, I think you would have had a great time, so hope you can see him in L.A. soon.

That parrott is well known in the scene here. He goes everywhere. :-p

I don't really think him playing Andain or the Mindcircus G&D remix had anything to do with SF specifically...just coincedence :p
