| I was just checking the GDJB tracklisting, and I saw this on there, which reminded me what an amazing song it is. Any info on a release date or anything? I'm certain this song is at least a few months old by now, I first heard it in a set 3 or 4 months ago. |

Just hit up ETS (www.ets-global.org) and torrent this weeks GDJB when it comes out. That's what I plan on doing.
For those of you looking for a quasi-review, the track is one of the most energetic tracks I've heard this year, pretty fast, definitely bangin'. It uses either a Violin or similar instrument and manages to get a classical sound going on as well, quite unique IMO. |

Niklas had told me that Leon was starting his own label and was going to release it on that label. I sent Leon an email about this and here is was he had to say:
"Antares - Rose Garden: That label I'm starting up is for a record
company called ftm, but they arent very quick in responding etc. So I
don't know if I'm willing to do a label for them. Elseway I'll send Rose Garden around and see who wants to sign it."
I truly hope this track sees a full release. Niklas just dropped this again in his TATW guest mix and everyone loved it! So much emotion in this track unlike a lot of the crap coming out these days.

that Rose track is just another trancer, made just for fun.
Well, about that label: i don't think it is gonna work, because of the communication problems mentioned above. I'm planning to make a more fierce version of it and maybe a mix that is a little bit more proggy.
Besides, Eller (van Buuren, yeah Armin;s brother) wants to play the guitar parts again cuz he isnt totally confident with them. So I guess i'll have to wait for them :)

edit: btw Lephaid, didn't notice there's someone else using Antares as a guise? guess i have to alter that then, because the track you mention isnt mine.. |
