Are the series of Forbidden Paradise mainly hard trance, techno, or melodic mostly? Tell me your opinions please.

| All of Tiesto's FP mixes are Trance with some Hard Trance scattered around each CD. If you're looking to buy these I recommend volumes 6 and 7. |

| 7 is very excellent! I would recommend 8 as well - there are some classic tunes on that one, especially the opening one. :D |

#4 (High as a Kite) is certainly my favorite.
Yes, theyre mainly showcases of different types of trance with the ocassional violating song thrown in.
Dont expect the "quality" of today's productions, but dont expect a-typical Tiesto (contemporary) mixing either. |

| well, the first two i forgot who mixed them, they are hard trance and stuff like that, 3-7 are mixed by tiesto, 3 and 4 are more harder and stuff like that. 5 i think came out around 96 or 97, has some old classics on there. 6 and 7 are more trancey, i feel 7 is the best one though. that was teh first tiesto cd i ever got. 8 and 9, the mixing isnt too good, was done by doc fabian, and 10 and 11 are misja helsloot, i havent heard 11 but 10 was pretty good. id say get 5-7 |

I definetly agree, 7 is best. I'm listening to it now actually. Great stuff from back in the day...raw trance. I kinda miss trance like this, wouldn't mind more sets with this same vibe.
6 is also very good ;)

amazing sets, personally i loved the 3rd and 4th one, but really all of them where great. Wish i still had them laying around here :-/ little bummed out about that. The magik's are good as well (if you havent checked those out already)
