ken jennings finally lost...
it was such a BS loss though.... something was so fishy about it. if they were going to do this to him, they should've made it a good battle... such a lame loss...

| Yeah something seemed wierd about it. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if this were a hoax from the beginning. |

| Apparently when asked in an interview if he lost or if he was beaten he paused for a while as if wanting to say he lost, but in the end he gave credit to the lady that won.....still $2.5 Mil:eyes: |

EXACTLY!!! that was the one that really stands out... i thought the whole show was fishy, until he didn't know the BASTOGNE answer... then it was OBVIOUS something was totally out of whack... i'm so disappointed... SUCKS to see him go out with such a lame loss.... she didn't earn that win... ken jennings played the lame duck for that show... i can't believe it. |

w3rd. I so agree. I know like 0.0000002 that he does and knew some of the answers he got wrong like bastogne. he also didnt do a good job at acting surprised at all.
i think they paid him off extra cause people were growing bored with it and ratings were going down im sure so people find out hes going..ratings back up and people will be interested to see new players win.
hes a rich bitch though so he probably doesnt mind not to mention he said on lettermen that he isnt done with jeopardy since they ahve touraments etc |

she didn't beat him by one.
she would have beat him by one if he risked $0.
i think it was about time for him to lose. he didn't know the final answer and he ed up majorily on the last DD. he was getting too greedy. |

I think it was staged. He's way too smart of a guy to come up with "Fedex", there is no remote chance at all it would be Fedex. The answer "70,000 of this companies white-collar work force only works 4 months of the year" (something like that).
Fedex != white collar
Fedex = 24/365 operation, all over the world, everyone knows this.
Was he thinking holidays and shipping? What holiday season lasts 4 months? I can't see how he could through deductive reasoning, come up with that answer and wager that much on it. |

Yep, very fishy.... anyone seen Quiz Show with John Turturro (sp?)?
He's probably fed up with answering a million questions. Maybe he'll answer 15 and win a million on Millionaire?
He's on Biography on A& E tonight. Did you see Regis & Kelly this morning? He's going to have his own board game called "can you beat Ken"!!! LOL!
Oh, and I just found out a girl I work with's Dad was the director/producer for Definition... remember that game show? and the sample the dream warriors used that Mike Myers used in Austin Powers? |
