Hey!
download Windows Blinds http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ and when u install it the theme come with it.Its called XP Blackcom. You can change colour like Blackcom Dark, Blackcom Plus and Blackcom Dark Plus but all themes are pretty blue.
