you should be training until you cant possibyl do anymore. your not trainig hard enough. being recovered in 2 days is stupidly ridiculous.
do drop sets..
i.e.
at the end of the workout on chest, go back to the bench and..
start on your heaviest weight possible, lift until you cant do it anymore. drop down by 10kg, do it till you cnat do anymore, etc etc. your not training hard enough, simple as that. |

There is a difference between soreness and downright pain. I usually continue with a bit of discomfort, tho if I'm running and the hamstrings get very tight, I'll shut er down and walk home from where I am. I've torn 2 of them twice and 2 of them once and I rather avoid the issue. Jason, I think it depends on what injuries you have suffered in your lifetime and you obviously know your own body better than others. |
i agree with you TTA...i mean if you got some pre-existing injury that you have to watch...well...you have to watch it...hell i have to watch my right shoulder. but in Dmatrox's case...he says that he is ready to lift the same muscle again almost the next day...and well...that probably means he isn't getting the best work out he can the first time around... |

i'd reccomend these forums by the way, great source of info.

however, there are lots of mixed opinions. when it comes to body building everyone does it differently and one solution may be as good as the other, or not work for you at all. you have to learn your own body, how your matabolism works etc. only use information off of the site as a guidline. |
