| It is www.djsasha.com but I cannot find any info on his DJ Mag position on that site. Certainly Sasha has been an ever present member of the top 5 for at least 5 years. |

quite possibly, he is very popular. even in people who have never seen him heard of him. when you hear stuff like "yea sasha is good, i love when she sings" it means he is popular, haha |

hahahahahahhaa so well put,
half of my "friends" who like any kind of electronic music and have "heard" of sasha refer to him as a girl, takes me about 30 mins, to explain that its his dj name. people here have VERY simple minds...

Right well I have found the results since 1998, and it appears increasingly likely that Sasha has never been outside the top 5.
1998: 5th
1999: 3rd
2000: 1st
2001: 2nd
2002: 2nd
2003: 4th
2004: 4th
No one else has even remotely approached this level of consistency, although from what I can tell Paul Oakenfold and until last year Carl Cox had never been outside the top 10. |
