ok, I know this might sound silly, but what do I do w/ these files? is it a cue file? and what's a cue file anyway? does it help sorting the file or something when you burn a cd? and do I have to convert any mp3 file to wav file? appreciate any help here...

cue files, as you can see, have index points which tell either mp3cue in winamp or the burner where to start a track. Therefore, instead of being those lamers who burn a full set to CD only to fast-forward to their favorite track using a cue sheet you can now skip as you would on a normal retail cd.
cue sheets are helpful for live sets because i like seeing the tracks and the times and just in case i want to hear a song for the 120938109238190238th time :D :tongue3 :tongue2 |

so how do I use this mp3cue in winamp? do I have to save these files to a word document and then open it w/ winamp or something? thank you for answering my previous question, I'm almost there my friend... appreciate it bro!!! :thepirate |

download plugin for winamp here
.cue files are like .txt files, but rename them like this "02_Armin_van_Buuren_-_A_State_of_Trance_177_02-12-2004.cue"
Nero Burning Rom allows burning onto CDR straight from a .cue file. |

yep download the mp3cue plugin, install it. it's really easy to configure, but make sure your cue file and the music file are named the same otherwise mp3cue wont display the cue. and that's about it :)
if you see a cue on TA for the set you want, copy it to Notepad, save it, and then save the extension as .cue :toothless |

ok, I installed the plugin and saved the file as *.cue and open it w/ winamp but it won't play??!!??
but it does show the track info tho... so what's the problem here?:conf: |
