That's complete bull - what the hell would you have to gain from pointing a gun at a cop anyways? He obviously wasn't trying to make a quick getaway - it was just an accident. As for reckless endangerment...well, yeah, myabe, but when is it a crime to put someone in harm's way? You do it every time you leave the ing house in the morning - you're just not safe from death and dismemberment anywhere in this world.
But they do need to throw his ass in prison for wearing tight jeans. :stongue: |

Well it was a poor attempt at humor at best. Your capability for thought was only limited to your decidedley short-term goal of amusing us by means of a personal attack on an unknowing member of these boards.
