i was just introduced to this mans style recenlty.. i would say he is like the sander of south america :D
amazing productions and compilations... his renaissance volume is great
way to change style through a set :D |

Listen his master sery for Renaissance and his mix for Perfecto made 3 years ago, after you can listen all his lives. He has a specific sound, really deep and above all he adds a value to each track.
Really really good DJ from Argentina :). |

| Hernan is in my top five, for sure. He, Sander K, Max Graham, and, after last nights set, Eddie Halliwell are dj's that I wouldn't miss, when in town. Hernan plays here next Thursday. I will be there. |

| Hernan Cattaneo has been around for awhile, but it's just now that he's gotten this popularity. He's from Argentina I think, or at least somewhere in South America, and he spins progressive house. Check out his CD releases Perfecto Presents: South America and Renaissance Masters Series. There are a few live sets of him floating around, but one of the best you should check out is him & Sasha @ Moonpark, Buenos Aires. |

| hes got a new track coming out on bedrock with john tonks called 'warsaw', which is supposed to be his best production yet. not heard it myself. |

| hes my avatar. ive seen him three times now and they've all been pretty good nights. the first time i saw him he was opening for oakenfold for the bunkha tour and he pretty much stole the show. the second time i saw him i got to meet him since there was a huge blizzard that came through and not a lot of people showed up to see him. the third time was a good night but the liquor was flowing too much so i dont remember much about it. you should check out his radio show to get an idea of what he plays or find some of his livesets. the one with him and sasha @ moonpark is pretty good and so is the one of him at the palms hotel for WMC. |
