maybe a simple "nevermind" would have been your ideal answer.

you know what it is ? .. the hardees .. the white castle .. the mcdonalds .. the wendys .. the burger kings .. they're privilages here in the united states .. they are here to serve us hot good (well i guess good as in good processed material .. hahahhaa) food when it is available ... now there are certain people that abuse these privilages by going to the fast food places almost everyday, and are too lazy to cook dinner, or bring a bag lunch to work/school .. i for one admit going to fast food restaurants, but not everyday .. probably 3 or 4 times every two weeks .. and yes i eat the truly fatty foods .. the onion rings .. the fries .. the burgers .. the angus burgers .. and usually after i eat it, i burn it off the next day on the bike or track .. that's what people need to do .. they need to get off their bums and sweat out everything they ate ..
and another thing .. the 'atkins diet' thing to me is b.s. .. i think it is a sorry excuse for people to eat more meat and less vegetables .. the other day i was eating cold raw celery and carrots, and people were asking me why i do that .. should i dip it in dressing? should i season it? should i cook it? i said no .. eat it cold and raw .. very good .. |
