so you cant say he is the worst

and the Dj snowman @ mad, isnt that bad, loud set with a few screw ups
but generally good.

i think that the Talla 2XLC @ hassentag is the most rediciulous set i have ever heared.
just great tracks with no connection between them.

LOL !!!! JJ's mixing is good ???!!! LOL !!! JJ is probably the most over rated DJ ever !!! His track selection is a shade worse then his mixing which is pretty terrible most of the time. Any DJ can play cheesy tunes and get a crowd going..u don't need to be Judge Jules for that....All u judge jules fans can now flame me ;)

yeah we know pvd isnt the greatest technically, but the winner is officially Judge Jules' Essential Mix Live from Gods Kitchen, Slinky (5-7-00)
not only is it some of the biggest cheese of all time, its is technically the biggest joke of all time...
including a massive several second TRAIN WRECK near the end (i think a track before the condutor & cowboy)

and a hilarious drunken sonique on the mic, attempting to MC.

other bonuses: horrible scratching attempts in breakdowns, and the repeated "THE JUDGE WONT BUDGE" shameless self-plugging

that one takes the cake, i suggest all you DL it and check out jules' most hurting style... its an insult to bedroom djs everywhere.

Yeah just listened to Judge Jules at Gatecrasher again, and it is totally wack

That Qontact set is probably the most blinding DJ set of the year so far, so I say the guy can produce the goods with regard to mixing and track selection and set building when he can be arsed to. I do wonder if Qontact was his natural style though or just a freaky one-off, every other set I've heard of his has left me with the impresson that he's got a major obsession with cheesy, obvious track selection and waaayyyy too much self promotion over the top of his own mixes. It's not like he's not mega famous anyway, why does he feel he has to have his own little 'the judge won't budge' or worse yet the sound of his own smug voice, every 5 minutes when he should be focusing on mixing?

A sadly wasted talent ...

Judge "Won't Budge" Jules is the most over rated DJ on the planet !!! I can't believe that ppl make fun on Jokenfold when this guy is still around....LOL His sets are a joke !!!

Paul Van Dyk @ mayday, that really sucked. I mean: it really really sucked. Anyway, paul is just a big egomaniac, but some sets are nice The judge can be cool at some times, lisen to the trance energy set. that's pretty cool. The long intro btw is from trance energy, not from him. Hope I didn't hurt the "PvD is god" fans. :D :D

Orbital
i get annoyed with DJ sets that have too much over the top MCing in them. There's nothing worse then hearing a cheesy "Yoh put those 'ands in da air party people.." by some try hard rapper-esque dude attempting to sound cool.

Anyone here heard Sander Kleinenberg live @ Impulz. On the last track that stupid MC bitch started singing Sander Kleinenberg over and over and she couldn't even sing. Totally ruined that last song which btw was one of the best of the set i thought.

I thought that the set by tiesto: Club Eau's 2 year anniversary 03-06-01 was vastly overrated. I was suprised when I listened to it and couldn't get into the tunes that tiesto was spinning. I guess most people liked that set, but that one was a big dissapointment for me especially after downloading 175 mb.!!
