no one carries cash anymore. When i go clubbing, i carry a clip and all it has is my license, a credit card, and my medical insurance card. |

U dont necessarily have a requirement to spend each month , but it takes a greeeeeat deal of money to get one and a great deal of money in your bank account (just sitting there to account for any large expenses u may have). And with that card it ALL has to be paid off within 30 days!! I dont work at AMEX or anything ;) ;) |

i know someone who works at amex... he tells me black is the only one that has the minimum monthly spending requirement, and that minimum is 5000 |

Amex Centurion requires spending of $150k per year minimum in the US, in the UK and elsewhere you can get one for less.On another website I use I put together a Centurion FAQ because so many people had no idea about the requirements for it. You also need to have an immaculate payment history or else you have screwed your chances. And despite the high level of spending you still need to pay a fee $2500 in the US and £650 in the UK. The Centurion is now being made of Titanium, initially trialled in Germany and now US I've been told it is coming to the UK :cool:
The one thing Amex are pretty hot on with Centurion is you have held another Amex card for more than one year although with celebs like Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson they tend to waive this. You can see this becuase the 'Member Since' tag read 04.
Here's a better pic....obviously this isn't my Cent card. I wasn't even born in 1958!
