Looks nice, but I would change the font of the menu. It is hard to read.

| the side scroll bar dosnt appear when i clicked onto the site so basically i cant move up and down the page so kinda hard to review for ya anyway maybe a technical hitch ....hope this is of some help |

I think it really depends on what your resolution is set to. The main page is done using frames. So I'm not sure how to fix that without compromising the layout of the rest of the site. I'll ask the people that designed the site. From my knowledge there isn't much I can do with it being in frames. I don't know though.
and about the font of the menu. I like it but I guess that's just personal preference. :)
