hmm Virgil's BBQ is madd good (near Times Square) and Bubba Gump is actually not too expensive <-- Forrest Gump themed restaurant, obviously. But expect crowds. |

| Go right across the street to Saks, on the 8th floor... Cafe SFA. It can be alittle pricey, the food is pretty good, i think its mostly organic stuff. |

there's a really good indian place between 6th and 7th avenues on forty something street, in the relatively high forties (47th maybe?). i wish i could remember the name of it, and i'd give you that as a place to go.
there's also rosie o'grady's saloon (i think that's the right name) on 7th ave and 52nd street. it's a little bit pricey (expect to spend around $15 + tax and tip for lunch, probably a bit more for dinner), but the fries are to die for, and all the food is delicious. one of my best friends took me there for a late birthday lunch last week. :)
if i think of anything else i'll post it.
