When Reindeer Go Bad! 12/11/04
One party that I will always miss is Joy. For those who don’t know it was an annual benefit hosted by a well known NYC crew where canned food would be the cost of admission. It was an event where the promoter, Dj’s, and ravers gave back to the scene and the community.
As a last minute effort we have tried to pull together something similar. An event where we the promoters, and DJ’s can give something back to the people who support us and the scene. A party where the attendees can give back to the community!
On December 11th, this coming Saturday Insane Asylum and Fourth Dimension bring you their first annual holiday event… When Reindeer Go Bad! December 11th 2004. This is a FREE event with 3 cans of food and $5 without 3 cans of food. This will be a benefit to help out the people who really need it most this holiday season. We ask that everyone come out to join us on December 11th 2004 and celebrate the coming holidays and to help out others who are less fortunate then we are.
The event will be hosted at Club Demerera (Planet 2 and will go from 10pm until 4am. Admission is FREE with 3 cans of food and $5 without 3 cans of food. Let us all remember the fallen soldiers families this holiday season and let us remember there are hungry people out there who could really use our help!

Sambarella got her start as DJ and Music Director for WEOS 89.7fm in 1996, where for four years she was dj and host to Cybertraxx, a groundbreaking electronic music show; where she interviewed artists, organized and promoted events, rated and reviewed new releases for CMJ. She grew up in El Salvador, listening to Brasilian, Funk, Jazz, Soul, Disco, Classic Rock and Latin music, becomming captivated by electronic music, through her travels in the 90’s NY and Western Europe club and raves scene. Sambarella's specialty are funky, groovy house beats laced with Disco, Samba, and Percussion, flavors guaranteed to make you move. She has played at various lounges, art and fashion shows, loft parties, spins regularly in Long Island City and is getting ready to release an album as part of Gruv Gallery.
