Some nice collections. I had the same FF, GTA, and MGS collections. I'm just curious, do you ever go back and actually play any of your old games? I've gotten rid of so many. I find that as time goes by, I play my older games less and less, and they just take up too much space sitting around collecting dust.

seeing that just makes me want to play ff7 again.

i think i might just buy a PS version (had it for PC, but PC just crashed majorly), and play it.

Every now and then I still do play my old games. I had a FF collection once before (Mystic Quest, II, III for SNES) and I got rid of them. I found I couldn't live without them so I got them again and this time will NOT getting rid of them.

I wouldn't doubt it. The American FF packaging/boxes are compared to the European and Japanese packaging. :( :whip:

Yeah, it's a great game. I bought it back in '92 on the day it was released. I was only nine years old, but I had been addicted to the series since I was seven. In my opinion, the game had the most developed plot of any rpg in the 8-bit era, and I believe it set the standard in that department for the next generation of rpgs.

Sadly, the remake never got a U.S. release, so it's one of the hardest classic NES rpgs to get a copy of these days. I'm sure glad I still have a copy, because as old as the game may be, the gameplay is compelling enough that it's worth another playthrough every few years.
