ahh...okay i know there's a few here
...so the cs players...anyone able to post a url for a bot that will work in 1.3??? i've tried realbot, but it only works for a short while then crashes h-l :(:(:(

thats pretty messed... it shouldnt crash, you should try reinstalling
rb is the best one out there, imo, and if it crashes youve probably got a bug
also, what kind of computer do you have?
some systems are unstable because of limited resources or other little things... |

PODBot > Realbot.
also, you have to reinstall the bots if u want to get them to work. ya, redownload it, even if u already have the current version |

Ah you know what you need to do Fraggle, just install red faction and all your counter strike problems will be solved forever lmao:D

| no,get max payne. you can get it on kazaa, but since you're on 56k it'll take you a day to dload it. |

Besides Max Payne isn't THAT good! I spent a few days on it then got bored of that repetative "bullet-time" poobah. And no multiplayer either - though it was amusing whacing on the cheats and going in with every gun in the game in unlimited ammo (Weeeeeeee)
Don't get me wrong it was good but i liked red faction more. |

ya, so what's rf like on pc?
i've played it on ps2...seems a bit of a mix between q3a & cs...kinda like half "real" weapons & half "spacey" weapons
...it does seem a good game, but i think it means nothing if other on-line players don't take it up
...that's the big attraction to cs for me...always a big game to join anywhere 24/7, lots of action and not too complicated :D:D:D

Thats just what i mean Fraggle the multiplayer rocks badly!! :p
I didn't bother with the single player much. The pc version has a simple multiplayer browser built in that works great. Tells ya everything and lets ya just double-click and join. And it's damn fun deathmatch and CTF levels too. It's a nice break from CS and Operation Flashpoint etc. Oh and already heaps of Aussie servers running it too. Nah check it out dude!! oh ya just might see me whippin your ass sometime :p (my nick is Death - heh heh) |
