Mumps - Infertility

Hi folks,
I've been asked to do some research on the net on how the mumps can make a man sterile?
I've come across a few pages, but i'm really busy at work, so i;ve decided to post here + continue searchin google.
a friend of mine is currently ill with the mumps, and is cusrious as he feels he might lose the ability to make babys!!
anyone know what the chances are of becoming sterile with the mumps?

| its only a small fraction of mumps cases, but i dont know the exact figures. if he is concerned he shouold ask his doctor, not the internet :) |

didnt he get his MMR? mumps is very rare now especially in the UK..
becomin sterile i BELIEVE is one of the lesser likely to occur symtoms. wouldn't do ur friend any harm to make a contribution to the cup in case it does happen tho :) |

his parents were probably one of those idiots that based their view of the MMR jab on false truths...
or he is too old to have been given it at school..
but yeah, probably a good idea to wank in a cup and stick it in the freezer ;) |
