Has there ever been a party in the Kool Haus with a rotating stage where the DJs spin around while preforming?
The DJs were apperently Deep Dish. But this is coming from a crackhead. ;) |

Never seen that happen, sounds like a pretty cool idea though.
Was it like a circular stage at the very centre with ppl dancing all around or was at one of the ends? |

i believe the stage that DEep Dish played on during a LoL was centered in the Koolhaus .. dunno if it rotated tho

well, i guess it is true then. if the TA archives say so.
the whole story is that ray was just arguing with me that we went to this party in toronto where the stage was rotating. i guess when kevin told him about it he wished he was there so bad that he internalized it and thought that we went.
we were at a party with a rotating stage but it was Cream in Montreal, not in Toronto. |

Hell, I was trying to find info on this a while ago and couldn't get anything except some magazine article. It was a Benson & Hedges event at the KoolHaus. The Stage was a small round one in the middle of the dance floor, not very high, with overhead lighting and stuff. Yes it was rotating!

hahhaha, reading the archive, I couldn't buy any tickets cause I was in Boston. I read about it 3 years later, and I'm in Boston again. weird.

i think they did - I remember this party - it was in the koolhaus when i returned from korea, ;) ask nat to be sure!
