well for breakfast i'd like to eat something proper. like proper bread (not white like toast usually is) and something that is healthy and good for you and keeps the hunger away. nothing sweet like toast with marmelade or some muffins etc, yuck, i'd never eat that kind of stuff for breakfast. it's kinda hard to explain this all really as i don't know what everything is called in english and then you wouldn't even probably know what it is as at least american people generally eat such crazy stuff that it makes me wonder how they're still alive!
mind you i'm no health enthusiast though, but for breakfast i need something proper so i can survive the rest of the day

| A Bagel is quite dense, and would have more grains and complex carbohydrates. Combined with a large Timmy's double double and you got yourself a perfect kick-start for the morning! |
