sound fx question.

Hello, I've been trying to make sound fx similar to a few trance tracks and it's getting frustrating so if you can help me out, it would be deeply appreciated...
alright well i'm working on my next 'spacey' track, and i want to create a sound fx similar to that used in 'paul van dyk ft. second sun - crush'; the sfx used that sounds like... ... i dunno lol...it comes out constantly, should ring a bell; or if there's any similar sounds i could download/pay for downloading to mess with it and make it sound the way i want, or if anyone can give me a few tips on how to recreate it, it would be really appreciated....
and the same question for another sfx... if you've heard "leama - melodica (LEAMA's SPACE MIX)" in the very beginning sounds like air coming out of an exhaust pipe or something....

| Air/wind samples are easy to create with some white noise, reverb and some filtering. I don't know whether that's what you're looking for, though, since I haven't heard the tune in question. |

i think thats what i'm looking for....
anyways here's a sample of what i want.... the sfx i'm talking about comes out @ 0:26
