Hey all,
I'm sitting @ work suffering with the WORST pain I've ever had. Unfortunately I cannot take anything other than regular Tylenol, which isn't cutting it at all...
Any suggestions on what I can do... The pain stems from my shoulder and runs up my neck and half way down my back.
OOOOOUUUUCCCCCHHHHH :( |

Bourbon usually works for me.
Either that or small DC currents directly on the nerve. |

| Get someone to massage your back and shoulders. Try laying flat on the ground and do some stretching exercises for your neck and shoulders. |

| go see a Chiropractor and or a Physiotherapist. Taking tylenol only supresses the pain, it doesn't fix the problem. |

between your thumb and index finger there is a nerve (left hand)
aplly load of pressure with your thumb and index finger (right hand)
it'll hurt a lot (A LOT) but suck it up for 3-4 minutes
it should take the pain away for at least one hour
hope u feeling better dallas
pain sucks :( |

Smoke a joint! It makes you FLYYYYYYYYYY!
Also, cut ALL caffeine consumption... when I was drinking 6+ cokes a day I had a similar pain whenever I did any physical activity. Now that my caffeine comsumption is cut, I never have the problem. But that's a long-term plan to rid yourself of the pain, and it might not even be the same thing. |
