Born under the shade of Switzerland‘s grey mountains in 1982, Albert Vorne quickly moved some few miles south into Northern Italy where at the age of seventeen he started his Dj / Producer career. Now considered as one of the Guru’s amongst Italian Progressive and Trance artists. The rapidity of his career development has been explained, by those who envy his gift, with the fact that Albert has been actually raised by a family of computers and synthesizers, but in reality he left the comfort of his loving mum and dad to establish the partnership with international producer and friend Max Savietto. Said and done, friendship, skill and the machine resulted in the wrap up of Albert first release, “Paralyzer”. At the same time Albert started his first residency at “Beau Geste Club”, a cool underground venue located in Milan’s city center. 2002 Has represented a fundamental corner stone for Albert’s career, as the young DJ became Mazeman’s manager and A&R. The label sky rocketed in a few months with the release of tracks as: Tankis and Savietto “Outrageous” (Mazeman/F&T Recordings), Max Savietto “Alone”, Albert’s own “Indigo Sky” (Mazeman/Above The Sky), Sa.Vee.Oh “Global Anthem” and the smashing follow up called “Loop Hole” (Mazeman/Q-Dance) which immediately became a club anthem in the Netherlands and the UK. With his pseudonym ‘Evergrey’ he produced “Symmetry” ”, one of Armin Van Buuren favourite tracks of 2003, and launched at the beginning of 2004 the amazing Max Savietto two tracks E.P. “Nightly/Still waiting”, record which reached the number one position on Judge Jules BBC Radio 1 chart.
The duo didn’t and never stops and in 2003 mixed their first compilation project: “The Maze” and in the present day Mazeman is considered the Number one Italian trance label by everyone in the scene, receiving strong feedback and support by DJs as Marco V, Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, DuMonde, M.I.K.E., Tall Paul, Graham Gold, Tom Harding to name a few.
