| I would recommend Devil May Cry only the first one because DMC 2 was absolute trash. You should also check out Kingdom Hearts. |

THANK YOU! Was wondering why this wasn't on the first page. :p
Anyways, try to get your hands on Klonoa: Lunatea's Veil (Klonoa 2) if you can. One of the best, if not the best, platformers for the PS2. |

so what do you think are 'must have' games (old and new) for the ps2??
:D |
Wipeout Fusion!
Also get Wip3out for PS1. It’s got better music, better gameplay and better (though less detailed/novelty) tracks. Only thing that lets it down in comparison to Fusion is the shoddy graphics, which were pretty good at the time though I guess. Plus, Wip3out will be cheap as chips!
Edit: someone will probably disagree with me and say that Wipeout Fusion is rubbish, as it got a lot of flack at the time, some times quite rightly, but most of the time not. But I just love all the Wipeout games to bits, and I don’t even like racing games all that much!
I can also sort of suggest Zone of the Enders. The demo I played was great, but I never played the full game! ;) |

A little news in case you haven't heard:
WipeOut Pure, the next in the awesome WipeOut series, is scheduled to appear on the PSP (Playstation Portable) within the next year and a half. Look forward to it. :) |

| zone of the enders is wicked fun, but it can be passed on the hardest difficulty level in 1.5 hours no problem. |

Indeed I had heard, but thanks for the info all the same! :)
Don’t know if I love the Wipeout games enough that I’ll splash out on a PSP to play Pure though! :o |

Definitely keep an eye out for a game called "Ico". Great game, simple premise, vastly overlooked. It's quite old now too, but I dunno how easy it is to find.
Burnout 3 is out, and that's a whole lot of fun. It's not a game (like Gran Turismo) where only the car loving die-hards will enjoy it - it's all about going fast and crashing. Yay! :D |

Awesome game, indeed.
Look out for the upcoming Wanda and the Colossus from Sony. It's not a sequel but is basically a more modern Ico. :) |
