What effect is used here

Right Click Save As
At about 27 seconds into the sample, there is some sort of effect used as the track kicks in. How is this done?

I always get tromelo, phaser, flanger etc confused :nervous:
Some one please correct me but i think its a flanger effect |

| sounds like a BP filter jumpin in close to the high end, or possibly an HP kinda mid range.. |

either by just maxing the treble + removing the bass or using a bp/hp filter like on the xone92

I see. I'm pretty sure the mixer at Casino is actually an xone92, so this 'bp/hp filter' is probably what it is. Is it an easy effect to use, i've never used an xone92 before.
