numark axis 8 problem!

| after using the axis 8 for some time, the cd tray reversed its function and now i can't get the unit to close, when hitting the eject/close button it goes back to the open position and i can't get it back. i've tried unplugging the unit after powering it off and nothing worked. i'd appreciate any help if anyone has a solution. thanks |

you tied just pushing it in? ;)
if not, you might want to try firmware updates, or even reinstalling the current version if there isn't a new one. other than that, you might want to contact numark about sorting it under the warranty |
