darude...is like that dj that everybody, even those who don't even listen to trance, have heard of before. He's very overrated. I was talking to a friend about trance (she all of it techno) and I was bringing up people...the first person I brought up was darude, who I was listening to at the moment, and she was enthused about this. Then I was brought up Sasha and Markus Schulz, and of course she didn't know who that was. She didn't even know who Armin was. Posers..... |

I started listening to prog house at the age of 15. My "cheese"/anthem trance period only lasted about 6 months (and that was, of course, before I got into prog).
EDIT: I'm 16 now. :p |

well Darude has played here in D.C. and from what I heard he only plays for 2 hours of just his stuff.So enough SandStrom was been there and done that.Darude is okay
Now DJ Sammy is the biggest piece of ,basically he got popular off recycled .Everyone ia pissed that other unknown or underground DJ's that are talented have a tough time even getting known.So I can understand why people wanna bash.I am also aware there alot of other crap but Sammy just stands out.
