"Paramount announced a new movie based on Splinter Cell is under development. Peter Berg will be the director."
Good idea? Bad idea?
Personally, if all the cool gadgets and espionage and sh*t is in it, plus lots of killing, then I'm game. |

dang, this has got 'SWAT' written all over it. Why does holliwood have to bastardize & rape all these great games.
It's like what they are doing to DOOM. Doom is going to be crap. They have gotten rid of the space marines & have replaced them with SWAT troops, It is NOT being set on Mars; its going to be some stupid space opera, Instead of monsters & demons there are going to be humans that have been infected by a virus & turn into 'Zombies'; & there is no Hell!!! ....... Zombies instead of Hell demons = sux ass |

Well... if they stick to a one person kill-em-all plot then I can definitely see things working out.

I totally agree with you on this. They're going to taint the Doom title by releasing a crappy movie that has nothing to do with the Doom series.
JUST WONDERING: How would you folks react to a Halo or a Half-Life movie? |
