ok it seems that sites with the .tk domain thingy dont work on my comp. what i mean is say i type 'ozgurcan.tk' i get a cannot find page, or another other .tk site. i even tried going to dot.tk and it just gives me Cannot Find Page.
did i miss something like .tk domains being shut down or something? does my internet explorer need to be updated or configured some way? |

you know how the saying goes ... "if you can ping it, you can access it" ..
but check your firewall settings .. you probably have a special protocol blocked or something .. or your firewall may permit certain extensions (.com, .org, .edu) .. and you just need to add .tk to the list |

| well the only firewall on in my cp is the windows firewall and i don't see any thing about domains in the firewall dialog; hmm how do i check my HOST file btw? |

| located in "C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc" open the HOSTS file with notepad. |

ok well it has some notes followed by:
127.0.0.1 localhost
do i need to add something to this? |
