startup programs XP

I knew how to do this in win98 but not XP
Can someone show me a way to rid my computer of certain programs on the startup like find the checklist for startup programs??:) |

start - run
type in msconfig in the box then hit enter
then go for the startup tab and select/unselect what you want to run, but dont touch anything else in teh other boxes unless you know what you are doing ;) |
