In my bedroom, with what i've got though they sound great. They aren't loud as such just really really clear. I'm happy I got them for sure. |
Are they the 2031A's? As those are the one's I'm contemplating getting. I'm looking at around $550 if I buy them over then net(with free shipping). How much did you get them for?
| quote: | | for those of you using the behringer truths...just how loud are they? I know that the quality is supposed to be superb but do they pack enough punch?? |
Well being a studio reference monitor, they wern't designed for DJ'ing, so they won't pack as much punch when compared to a PA loudspeaker. If you want to use them soley for studio monitoring however, they're probably the bargain of the century. With that being said, I've yet to listen to them, and will be going in on Monday to with a few of my fave CD's. If the portholes don't produce air chuff(which I heard they have:nervous: )at moderate listening levels, I'll be getting them. |

Mine are the 2030A's
They are loud enough for my room, and any room I probably would be putting them in, in the future.
I got them for 500.
The holes do blow a bit of air when they are turned up. Whats wrong with that? |

| What's wrong is when the air being expelled chuffs/farts/:wtf: on the portholes and produces more sound then there is comming from the speakers alone. |
