Making held 'sine' notes

I've tried and tried to no avail :( to make a held sine note like the one in cabala - dark blue

is that actually a sine wave or am i way off?

How could I make one? :( it has such presence, mine are always so weak. what's the trick?! :(
State of Matter
It's usually not a sine wave because sine waves do not react to resonance. I use a filtered combination of saw and square to get sort of a sine sound, but with more resonance to give it a brighter sound.

I'm assuming you're talking about sine pads, like those in Recluse - Isle Dauphine or in Sublime (the same sound with a ridiculous amount of modulation at a very high rate).

Ah ha! So it is resonance on other waves:)

Thanks, messing with it now :D

I'm using only the malstrom and subtractor and didn't get too great a result with the malstrom so i guess i'll try the sub :)

ha! saws on the subtractor work great :) thanks again
