Charisteas to Ajax Amsterdam

After months of repeatedly sitting on the bench, Angelos Charisteas has moved from Werder Bremen to Ajax for 5000000 pounds (12000000 Australian dollars). He will be linking up with fellow Greek Yiannis Anastasiou there, and will hopefully get the starting place he deserves.

Actually, you mean Giourkas don't you?
I changed my mind about Charisteas, it's more prestigious to Portugal to be beaten by great player than by a nobody. So may he have a great career and lead Ajax back to great titles :p |

I remember this guy was playing in a village and we were watching him...He was so great...and who thought he would someday go to Porto...He started in my city be4 some years not so many....Wonderkid...
