have you guys heard of this stupid webpage called 'chrushlink'?
Well, I just found out about it today.
Jesus Christ. I get an e-mail telling me that someone has a crush on lil' old me.. so I'm like 'cool'..who is it? But they wouldn't tell me! So I go to the page, and see that I need to add people's e-mail addresses whom I think have a crush on me..So I'm like, 'fine.'
I check my ICQ list..cuz those people are the only ones that have my e-mail addy..
make a long story short, last person I check was the person that had a crush on me. That's not the bad part. The bad part is; ITS MY BEST FRIEND'S WOMAN!

I have no idea what I'ma do.. thing is..she's total bad news.
She's not the Girl Next Door, y'know? More like the girl who visits next door..and then the next door..and then knocks on yours..*is scared*
I'm obviously not gonna do anything (bros before hos and all that :)) But this is definately going to queer my friendship w/ her..
WHy is life so difficult?

I got one of those emails too.
then it asks you to put in people you have crushes on, so you make up some people you think might. course then it goes and emails them, saying you have a crush on them.
it's a scam. they sent me another one today, offerring me a CRAZY HINT. all I had to do was sign up for some online casino and fill out a customer survey and ..

I got one of those a couple of months ago from my sister... i asked her why she sent it to me and it turns out that someone sent HER one, so she just entered in my email address to get the clue.
I think that your best friend's girl received one herself, and probably entered in any email addresses she could think of to get the clue. I wouldn't take it to heart. Besides, if she really had a crush on you, do you think she'd tell you through THAT?? BTW - all the people in your ICQ thing that you entered in the email addresses for - they all received emails saying that *you* have a crush on them.
This crushlink thing is the BIGGEST B.S. thing going on in the internet right now. Whoever thought it up must be a genius - getting people to willingly hand over others email addresses to find out absolutely nothing!

Well yeah, the point is that crush-link sends you a letter saying that someone has a crush on you. You then send the e-mail out to 20 of your friends trying to work out who it is (if you send an e-mail out to the person who has a crush on you then you're supposed to be told who it is or something). But the e-mail that you send out to 20 friends simply says that someone has a crush on them, even though the person who sent the e-mail was just trying to work out who has a crush on them. You get my drift?
So even if your best friend's wife did send you a crush e-mail, it's 99% likely that it was only because she was trying to work out who sent a crush e-mail to her. Ya dig? :) |

Yeah, man. I understand now. I already asked her about it..felt like a billion tonnes just slipped right off my shoulders...goddamn me, I was scared.
As it happens, there is a button you can press that removes the people from the mailing list.. which I used for all of my friends.:D
I even used my own e-mail to make sure it worked...
I hate the internet. en people.
