this is a pm that jay sent me with regards to the flame war started by that very rude Spammer.

again i know you are busy and i (and most of the SETAs) woudl greatly appreciate your help in these matters.

btw, Jay got on this like on velcro. within 2 hours of my PM to him, the thread was deleted, the Spammer was banned, and he sent me a reply.
