Hi. This is just a warning to anyone who has scene their ads on google, or anywhere else, and was interested in buying a hosting package from them.
I paid for their unlimited user package and was met with a stupid amount of problems.
Firstly you cant automatically setup mysql databases, their control panel for managing the account is awful, and if you try and run a resonabley sized forum on their "excellent php, and mysql server" is will run like a snail.
Oh and then if your not happy with the product, and ask for it to be fixed, they will say they are going to fix it and then never get back to you.
And then, if you ask for a part refund, they will say they will get a manager to contact you, and again never get back to you.
They are a shocking host, based in the UK. And are making false promises.
Unfortunately this explaisn why their prices are so good.
I would not advise you to go with them. Go with a more reliable host, and pay slightly more.
