Remove noise

Hi, I was just listening to a sample, but I want to delete the noise of it? I have Cubase, Reason.. Does anyone maby knows how to delete the noise out of it?

| yes, use the program bias soundsoap... It wont affect the quality of the song but it will remove the noise... Simply click on the auto button as soon as there is silence in the track (so there is only noise) and it will calculate which sounds/frequencies to remove, professional prog... |

Well the program costs money, so... But if you place the mp3 file somewhere on the internet and paste the link in ths topic, i will remove it for you... |

Converting to MP3 would already remove half of the noise. :rolleyes:
Anyway, another good tool is the Sonic Foundry Noise Remove plug-in for Sony Sound Forge. You need to have a noise print though.
Or you could use a multiband compressor such as the Waves LinMB, but that's even beyond me. :eek: |
