The live PAs have been great from what I heard, except AP's.
Infected Mushroom absolutely destroyed me.
Nu-NRG did an amazing job as well.
I trust others like Orbital, The Chemical Brothers and Hybrid are all just as tight.
Was AP actually just playing a pre-recorded CD? I'd heard they'd done that last time they were in town and got hammered, but they looked to be drinking WATER this time. |

You should've see Nubreed perform back on Nov 12. They do a live breaks PA kind of like Infusion does; they're a treo, perform live vocals, have lots of energy, and are very obviously doing something behind their equipment! Hect - they're both Australian too!). Highly recommended if you liked Infusion @ LoL as I did :) |

last time they were in KH, they had setup the whole set in Cubas SX, and just using the keyboards to trigger midi events and they called that a live PA
i guess in isreal it just suffices to play crazy music and act crazy and drunk and no one will care to check if it's live or not?!?! :haha: :haha:
Live PA: Underworld, Orbital and Hybrid  :eyespop:  |

They're in Montreal for NYE...but I don't recall seeing anything about a live PA...so I guess they DJ (at least some of the time?)
How about live performances...I would *die* if Faithless would come back :toocool: |

Well I have been lurking here for a while, met Spam in the line waiting to get into see Astral Projection. It was great to actually meet someone from here, so I decided to register.
Chatted with Spam in the acid lounge waiting for the crowd to fill in and some decent music to come on. Mark Oliver was his usual self spinning some good tracks, Astral Projection was not bad, it was my first time actually seeing someone perform live, so it had a novelty factor for me. Ended up staying until about 6:30 as Mark Oliver was still spinning some good tracks when he came back on after AP.
All in all not a bad night. |

Errrr... Infected Mushroom, Uberzone, Hybrid, Way Out West? Almost any live PA is better than a DJ set because DJs today are just glorified juke boxes (except maybe for techno DJs). |
Yah...They all suck ass...
DJ's rock... |

If Djing is so easy id like to see everyone here do it. Whats more id like to see them do it for 5, 9 or even 20 hours and be able to keep a crowd like some famous DJs do. |
