Yay finally done with this remix! Been workin on this for a while...I'm going to send it to the compo soon but i need some feedback to fix anythin thats wrong. (Track hasn't been mastered yet)

i just post, when i like the song, so here i am.
well it really keeps some sensation from the original, that's fine (i hate when a mix/remix sounds totally diferent), but notice a few things: the volume of the reverse hit (0:10) jumps out of the mix (i don't know if that is your intention). a melody plays at 0:45 once? i think you should keep it in the mix at least when the voice comes in or when the leads come in.
the next can be done at mastering:
When you're working a trancy mix/remix of a vocal song, the voice is NOT the main part, but you got to be sure that you can hear the voices perfectly and as clear as posible, at 2:22-2:35 the volume of the voice can be just a little higher, also when sing "...for the first embrace" (3:56) will be nice make "embrace" a little louder (eq mid-hi freq) to remark the expectative when bringin in all sounds again.
remember that little details can make big things

you already know what i think about this track, but im gonna say it again.
youve got some very good sounds going, a clean mix and to me it sounds like a decent mastering, and considering i love the melodies (hmm ..reminds me of something ;)) i think you've done an amazing work on this one. The mix sounds way better than your other works, and the vocals fit quite well too.
wanna hear some more ;)

| Really, really nice work...I never heard the original, but it doesn't matter, this is a really good track. intro, break, main...all work together wonderfully...whenever I bob my head up and down, that's an indication that it's Ace...hehe...nice job again. |

I don't think it is mastered because that is one of the rules of the Compo, you have to send the remix unmastered. |

A quick note to let everybody know we think this remix is among one of the best submitted for our contest. Good builds and releases, structure, production and finish.
