I have recentley developed a strong static feedback coming from one of my turntables. Usually, I would check the needles, connections and mixer and cables for problems, but none of the usual solutions are working... It is a general static that I noticed resulting in poor quality recording from my left channel, but even more pronounced at high gain levels. Could this be my power cable ing with the signal (unlikley, I switched cables), or is there a chance this table is just ed-up?
Hard to find TTX troubleshooting online... Anyone have a suggestion? |

Is your TT properly grounded?
P.S. Or wait, nevermind. TTX1 is digital TT, right? |

| They are in that they support optical out. I have them set to line out because my mixer doesn't have optical inputs though. |

| sounds simple, but I'd check your recording device or the sound system you are playing through. I spent ages looking for faults with my TTs, but it was just my crappy little Aiwa stereo system :p |
