| Right you have to choose as if you were new to the DJ market, and on technical specifaication only, NOT REPUTATION okay? Could be an interesting poll if we don't have the Technics bias. And its only on the M3D vs PDX2000 |

| No contest, Technics by far. Vestax is not even in the same ballpark or league. What a stupid question imo. |

Vestax has some expensive stuff that doesnt mean its better.
Technics are pioneers of TTs! for a long long time |

| Technics can do anything what vestax can do u just have to open the tables up and u can change things like higher pitch gain and fine tuning .....but i had the chance to spin on both ....Technics are by far better .... the control on the technic tables are so much smoother and so much easier ....few things i didnt like about vestax was the control was so bulky...didnt have a smooth control on the plate ...the pitch control its to fast ....isnt clean thats why they have the fine tune control to make up for the fast pitch control...... and the straight tone arm ....which isnt good at all for records....the stylus on the cartidge doesnt lay in the records grooves straight so it after a while will wear the record so much faster then a s shaped tone arm. ...when i was playing on vestax for the first time ..i felt like i couldnt dj ...i felt like i never spun before ..cuz its like going to a PINTO after driving for ages in a mercedes u just cant drive that good on a pinto........all i have to say Technic 1200 all the way.... so much smoother on thw plate such a cleaner pitch control.....they arnt really that close to compare vestax isnt the same as Technics |
